Slab Processing Flow
Rough Block Cutting: Rough blocks are cut using a marble gang saw, ensuring a flat cutting surface.
Coarse Grinding: The cut stone is coarsely ground to remove surface impurities.
Front Surface Gluing: A layer of glue is applied to the front surface of the stone to enhance its adhesion and wear resistance.
Polishing Treatment: The stone is polished using methods such as acid washing, sandblasting, and litchi surface treatment to make the surface smooth and delicate.
Edge Cutting: The edges of the stone are cut to ensure neat edges.
Layout and Gluing: The stone is laid out according to design requirements, and glue is applied where needed.
Further Processing: Further processing is performed as needed, such as carving and polishing.
Inspection: The processed stone is inspected for quality to ensure it meets standards.
Protective Treatment: The stone is treated with a protective coating to enhance its weather resistance and stain resistance.
Packaging: Finally, the stone is packaged for transportation.
Marble Thin Slab (Standard Specifications) Processing Flow
Circular Saw Cutting: Rough blocks are cut using a circular saw to obtain standard size slabs.
Double-Sided Back Netting: A net is applied to both sides of the slab to enhance its stability.
Splitting: The slab is split to obtain thinner panels.
Thickness Setting and Coarse Grinding: The panels are coarsely ground to a uniform thickness.
Front Surface Gluing: A layer of glue is applied to the front surface of the panel to enhance its adhesion and wear resistance.
Assembly Line Production: Continuous production is carried out through an assembly line to improve efficiency.
Inspection: The produced slabs are inspected for quality to ensure they meet standards.
Protective Treatment: The slabs are treated with a protective coating to enhance their weather resistance and stain resistance.
Packaging: Finally, the slabs are packaged for transportation.
Granite Slab Processing Flow
Circular Saw (Sand Saw) Cutting: Rough blocks are cut using a circular saw or sand saw to obtain slab stone.
Polishing Treatment: The stone is polished using methods such as flame treatment, bush hammering, litchi surface treatment, and sandblasting to make the surface smooth and delicate.
Edge Cutting: The edges of the stone are cut to ensure neat edges.
Layout: The stone is laid out according to design requirements to ensure a reasonable layout. Further processing: Further processing is performed as needed, such as carving and polishing.
Inspection: The processed stone is inspected to ensure it meets quality standards.
Protective treatment: The stone is treated with protective coatings to enhance its weather resistance and stain resistance.
Packaging: Finally, the stone is packaged and prepared for transportation.
