  Slabs pass through an automated vacuum chamber utilizing high-penetration Tenax epoxy resin. This consolidates natural micro-fissures across the entire slab thickness without altering surface translucency.
   
• Full-Scale Dry-Lay & Vein Alignment:
  For book-matched walls and multi-piece island tops, our team performs vertical dry-lay inspections. Vein continuity, color matching, and dimensional tolerances are verified prior to packing.
   
• Backlight Translucency Testing:
  Translucent slabs undergo 100% LED back-illumination checks to confirm uniform crystal distribution and verify that underlying resin lines do not create visual shadows.
   
• Heavy-Duty ISPM-15 Timber Bundles:
  Slabs are secured in heat-treated solid wood A-frames and closed crates lined with foam cushioning. Polished surfaces are separated by protective film and plastic spacers to prevent transit abrasion.
   
• Container Weight & Balance Engineering:
  We calculate container loading schemes around destination road limits (21 to 27 metric tons per 20GP container), securing crates with heavy timber cross-bracing and steel strapping.
